Freja Beha Erichsen appears to be annoyed at having her picture taken. That is a little ironic, isn’t it?
At the height of her career she was ranked 2nd on the Top 50 Models Women List by models.com, along with Natasha Poly, but as of September 2012 is ranked 13th. Vogue Paris declared her one of the top 30 models of the 2000s.
Erichsen has had a number of fashion items named after her, including the Jill Stuart Freja handbag, the Chloé Freja clutch, and the Alexander Wang Freja Lace-Up Stiletto Boot with Zip Detail.
Even though she has not yet “officially” come out, everyone knows she is at least bisexual, probably gay. She openly dated fellow models Irina Lazareanu, Catherine Mcneil, Abbey Lee and there are rumours about a past relationship with Arizona Muse as well.
Freja definitely does not live in the closet!
In a 2007 interview for V Magazine Freja and the interviewer (James Kaliardos) both started laughing when he referred to her as “straight”. “I’m very straight….forward” she joked!
The thing is, she may not have declared her sexuality but she also has never denied she’s lesbian.
